Had to spend another 22.00 for a lock when I had my own.

Angie gave great customer Service. I would recommend this place. Very nice Facility.

From phone call to meeting Gigi and Barb their both great very patient, helpful and care with what we need. Customer services by phone also was very helpful. Look at other storage and cargo van rental life storage is very reasonable. Overall so everything was a great experience. You guys deserve a shout out!!!

I am not at all happy with the locks provided. I was told that I had no choice and must use them. I made a pre-rental visit to the site and asked what I needed to bring etc and was not told that I could not use my own lock or that I required rental insurance. Upon checking in I was informed of these requirements required to pay a ridiculous amount for a questionable locking device. I also had to make a return trip with insurance documentation to avoid paying Uncle Bob's renters insurance. Would have been much nicer had I been informed of this so that I could have come prepared with everything I needed considering I asked in advance.

It was everything I needed and more!
